🔰About Trek :-
Kaas Plateau is a plateau located near Satara. It is situated high hill plateaus and grasslands turns into a 'Valley of Flowers' during monsoon season, particularly from August end to early October.
Kaas Plateau has more than 150 or more types of flowers, shrubs and grasses. The orchids bloom here for a period of 3–4 weeks during this season. Kaas plateau is a World Natural Heritage site, part of the Sahyadri Sub-cluster. To control possible damage by tourists,
the number of visitors to the plateau has been restricted to 3,000 per day.
In September, some of the most common flowering plants are Eriocaulon spp., Utricularia spp., Pogostemon deccanensis, Senecio grahamii, Impatiens lawii and Dipcadi montanum.

(1-2 hrs delay is possible on the speed of trekkers, traffic on the road & other unavoidable circumstances. So keep the buffer time)

- Extra pair of clothes (If rain comes)
- 2-3 litres water. Shortage of water is faced during treks so please carry enough water(Mandatory)
- Any personal medicines
- Good grip shoes
- Cap & Sunscreen, Poncho / Raincoat / Umbrella
- Rains are expected so please carry a rain-cover /Jacket.
- Don’t bring any expensive & non required items during treks. Maharashtra Hikes won't be responsible for any loss of phone/valuable items.
Participants must pay attention to the guidelines given by the instructor before & after the activity.
Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, alcohol, knife, etc.
🚭 SMOKING & DRINKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.. IF ANYONE IS FOUND DOING IT, THEN HE/SHE WILL BE OUT FROM THE GROUP & TOUR WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. 🚭
🔰Refund & Cancellation Policies:
- Before 24hrs of departure on cancellation fully amount you will get refund or shifting to next batch is available.
- No refund if the cancellation requested on the event date.
- No Show, No Refund
