3. Code of Conduct

• 🚭 Consumption of alcohol or smoking is strictly prohibited during treks.
• 🌿 Respect nature by avoiding littering and following Leave No Trace principles.

4. Risk Acknowledgement

5. Changes in Schedule

Trek routes, timings, or trek leaders may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government regulations, or safety concerns. MH reserves the right to make such changes without prior notice.

6. Photography and Media Rights

Photographs and videos captured during events may be used by MH for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, trekkers grant MH the right to use such media without additional consent or compensation.
